Default Any exp of Living in AL Nahda?

Hi guys,

Hubby comes over january to start work and looks like we will be located in the Al Nahda area, found it on Google maps no problem, wondered, as i have read in GN that there is a huge problem with construction, i am aware that in general there is construction almost everywhere in Dubai, just wondered if anyone lives in this are also i have found a couple of scools nearby, Gems Westminster and Crescent English School and the Millenium School does anyon have any experience of these r any other local schools, i have checked their own websites, however, would prefer an unbiased opnion if there is such a thing

Many thanks for taking time to read my post

cheers

if you are a brit you may prefer your children to go to a more 'british school'.

this list gives you some idea...looks like those schools are either Indian or Arabic...
Sheffield Private school is also in that area...which is a more 'British' school...

Al Nahda isn't a very attractive area to live in by the way...maybe you should have a look into that first, before you start sorting out schools...
