I love being the token non-Leb in the non-Monot clubs.

Lebs in Beirut are a lot friendlier than Lebs in Dubai...

Lebs in Beirut are bloody great, we hardly paid for a drink all night, it was brilliant.

I go there three times a year, still get the odd funny look as I'm with a Lebanese girl.

But generally people are really friendly.

The total opposite of the Dubai situation when I walk into an Arabic club with a Leb girl on my arm...

Did you spend a bit of time in Germayze and Monot?

Hey guys,

Yeah, this is one thing I've noticed and that struck me pretty much as soon as I got here, the Lebanese are very warm and welcoming people! I can't speak about the Lebanese in Dubai because I've never met any over there, but, here atleast, they are very welcoming! Further to what Spugsy said, everyone is very happy to see you in Lebanon and do their best to make you feel at home!

Thanks for all the replies everyone!

The Lebanese were even warmer in the old days...But reading your feedback makes me think that there is still some good left in that country...
