Another Daft Question....
..should I bring own Filofax with me , or buy a diary out there?
Reason for this is the working week, with it being Sat - Weds. My current 'western' diary has Saturday and Sunday as quite small spaces in the working week, so not allowing for too many entries on those days, being the weekend.
I would presume that a diary out there might look different? eg Thurs and Fri to be proportionately smaller as they are the weekends? Also, are there diaries which are both Islamic and Gregorian?

Re: Another Daft Question....
Worth pointing out some private businesses here have a 6 day working week. Many manual workers work Saturday so they need managing and also some other private businesses. My friend works for a Japanese company and works 9 x 6, six days and is often expected to wine and dine customers. Why he is here I haven't a clue as he has little time to enjoy his salary.

..perhaps a daft answer, but you could get one where all days are created equal?
Or, if you really want to mess with your mind, get an arabic calendar... my friend gave me one from iraq in preparation for my move to AD - starting from the back of the book is still something I'm trying to get my head around!

Is this REALLY worthy of sharing with a board ?
That pic really is of you isn't it ?
Will you be coming over here to be the night-time DJ for Radio Al Ain ?
Also, who uses a "filofax" these days anyway ????
