Hi does anyone on here live here or know much about the place? I have two children under 3. Would there be enough to do? And what can I expect to pay for a 3 bed villa? Thanks x

If the only reason you're considering these locations is to save money, then you're just asking for a miserable life of commuting. Also, al Ghadeer is pretty much at the diametric opposite end of Abu Dhabi to Al Ain.
