Hello,
My wife and I have just moved to Al Ain, well I am here so far, wife will join me as soon as my residency is through so I can sponsor her on my visa.

It seems a bit of a mine field trying to find suitable housing. Have searched Internet sites for something like villa in a compound with shared pool type thing, or independent villa. It is only my wife and I, but we plan on having family visit from time to time, so looking for minimum 3 bed

Who are the reputable Real Estate Agents to contact. My wife will be working at a new hospital out near Al Shuaibah, so my thoughts are there, Zakher area. Not sure, all areas look not far from each other

Al ain relocations wd be my first port of call.
You could also try ADCP
both should show on a google search. OR just drive round the neighbourhoods and look for phone numbers to call on empty properties.
