I am going through the same situation. Have you eventually heard back anything from them. Have your status changed to something. I would appreciate your reply. My status is showing In Process since October 2021 and I just keep waiting.

​​​​​​shyguy Hello. If it says "in process" then you have not been rejected and you still have a chance. Did you get an e-mail from HR saying anything like "congratuations! you have been selected..."? If you got this e-mail, then they are offering you the job. If not, then you are still in the running. Note that even after you get the congratulations e-mail, it can still take several months, maybe even half a year or more, for the rest of the process to complete. For example, I got my Congrats email in late April, and here we are 8 months later and only now am I about to get my work visa and move to Abu Dhabi.

Does anyone have any idea what update you get if rejected, or any if at all? On the system, I have had 2 interviews added to the system and closed but my current status remains “interview completed”

has anyone got that update before getting the congratulations email?

psychopomp1 Was not expecting any update as yet because HR told me on December 11 that "first week of January I will start visa process..."

So later this week I will begin lighting up there inbox asking for updates on when the visa will be ready and other details of the moving process.

Howdy everyone! My work visa was issued to me back on Friday. :-)

I expect to start working on January 31st. Currently working on getting the movers scheduled and scouting potential apartments via PropertyFinder.ae

If you can get your ADNOC manager, or perhaps any Emirati you know within ADNOC, to talk with HR about this I'm certain they will e-mail you that visa in the next day or so.
