its the municipality rta is only for dubai, why what you on about, the new traffic control at adnec which will be really good when everyone goes back to work/school or do you mean the nice traffic control outside the beach hotel/ad mall?

see told ya municipality. we went past it when they had just started redoing the road, and couldnt figure out at all how they were going about it, chaos is defo the right word. i would stay away and walk from salam st it will be quicker.
