actual night out thread

I know this has been done many times over but is anyone up for a few drinks this weekend? I know nothing of where/when to go but I'm sure many of you do!

interesting,

i shall be around Yolumba on Friday

Are the people on here a good laugh in real life???

I have not met anyone yet. I would have reservations about turning up to meet strangers as my mummy always taught me not to, and i think my humour and working class scottish wit may really not compute with some of the uber snobs on here (esp those who just love getting smarmed up to by greasy lebo's:D )

what's Yolumba? a club or an area?

I'm not an uber snop though they say i 'talk posh' :) and i spent a year in Aberdeen!

I'm also a total newbie to the UAE and prefer the idea of a few drinks with strangers to remaining a billy no-mates!

DHS 333

A bargain really when you consider it is both buffet & a la carte & they don't hold back on the Bollinger.

I expect you could manage. Perhaps you need practice?

Oh, they also have a decent wine list to choose from.

After a heavy lunch, I am invariably shocked to find that it is still light outside.
