Hi MataHari, How much does it cost for a master room in a Villa in Mirdif. I need an accommodation for 6 months starting from the begining of 2008.

Hi.. anything between 3,500 and 6,000. You are looking a bit soon though.

beebee, Thanks anyway... But don't u think 6,000 is expensive for a shared accommodation...

It is.. but thats the top end.. saw one in Spinneys going for that but most cost much less... rent prices have shot up in Mirdif since I moved here. There are always plenty on the notice board, when you get here you need to check it out.

4,000 - 4,500 seems to be the going rate...but maybe in 2008 it'll be up to 5,000...

yeah.. that was the rate in Jumeirah not so long ago. We let out a room here for 2,000 last year
