Accommodation in Abu Dhabi
Hi Everyone,
I urgently need advise from someone who nows AD - got a job proposal there but they want to pay me a fixed "Lump Sum" and I have no idea on whether or not it is a good proposal!
My main concern is housing - I've heard prices are double with respect to Dubai! I would be moving with my wife and child and need at least a 3-bedroom flat or villa. The job would be located in the Corniche.
What's the average rental price for these kind of proerties these days?

a lot of companies give a lump sum now, its no big deal, it does mean that you can choose house/sch etc and not be given a place that you dont like etc. a villa can be got off island for around 150k.
