Abu Dhabi-Studio or 1 Bed room wanted..Guidance appreciated
 

Landed Abu Dhabi and started my New Job just last week..Staying in a hotel in Tourist club area...Looking for a studio or 1 BR not too far from tourist club "Where I work", will be driving soon but not looking to have a long ride home.
Budget is 40,000 to 60,000 AED/Year.
Any suggestions/recommendations????
