Abu Dhabi municipality tax
 
Is there such a thing in the case of a year long residential lease ?

don't think so. normally 5% commision for the agent, 5% security deposit, plus a deposit for the ADDC. However my company organised most of that shit, so i'd let someone else confirm.

nope, and all leases are usually year long leases. the municipalty in dubai is the only one that charges for now.

5% estate agent, 5% security dep, deposit for elect in company name 2k if personal name 1k, 1k for drawing up lease documents if going thro bank.
