Always found the GPs at Gulf Diagnostics (32nd Street) very professional--last time saw an Arab female doctor, and she took time to listen.

The wife and I used a practice above "Delma" furniture showroom on airport road ,think it was between 11th and 13th or if not 13th and 15th. If you drive out of town at night then the place is illuminated really brightly and you cant miss it
Couple of Lebos who were excellent.
Also sorted out the BUPA pre payment for a minor op I had done there which was good

For the wife's gynae stuff, Dr Tank (German) at the Swedish Medical Centre (it's on the road behind The One in Khaladiya area). She's very very good.
For general GP, Dr Christine Bouisse (French) at Cure Clinic in Al Bateen. Also very very good.

Re: Abu Dhabi help
My husband and I go to Dr McCulloch's clinic at Al Noor hospital. I find it excellent. We have also attended the Cure Clinic in Al Bateen which we also found to be excellent. As regards the pill, both pharmacies in Khalifa city A sell it without prescription. Not sure about the city centre as I've never bought it there yet.
