So someone left a bunch of census forms on my doorstep this weekend. Apparently houses are supposed to be enumerated electronically but clearly the census taker couldn't be arsed. Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do with the completed form? There's no instructions whatsoever.

an envelope was left on our doorstep my hubs has taken it to work to fill in, from what i believe its filling in the information as of tomorrow, who is in your household, if its the same as the past its asked questions of ages, how many living in household, salary range, kids/education etc etc. in the past they have done this but its usually a guy asking the questions at your door and then he fills it in, perhaps this year there is more information perhaps they will eventually link it up with your id card etc. our envelope arrived yesterday (have heard that a lot of people had the same) and that they will come back some time tomorrow (it usually in the evening time) to collect it.

They don't ask that - it's simply names, ages, marital status and nationality.

in the past when they have done this before they usually come in the evening, so they can get everyone in.
