Hi

I am arranging a 7 a side football (soccer) match with some friends. Were hoping to make it a weekly event. The only problem is - nobody knows where we can play.

I would appreciate if anybody could let me know where there is any facilities for renting an astroturf pitch (or something similar) in Abu Dhabi.

Do you know Karama Compound? 24th between 11 and 15? There are pitches in there behind the houses.Look for the tall spotlighting.Think they are one of the University's ground,govt owned not private.Abu Dhabi Health and Fitness up on 19th have football going on.Have you tried Armed Officers Club? oh and Al Yasmina School down in KCA have lovely grounds- worth a try.

there's a new 'bubble' opposite Zayed Sports City, next to Bateen Airport that has pitches I think. Access off Airport Road
