2013 Welcome Party
I am USAmerican-Cuban Engineer working here in Riyadh. If anyone has any plan even idea for the New Year celebration kindly let me know, I could do my part with money or anything else needed. Contacting embassies I have been unsuccessful.
Since I am here alone I would fully appreciate any answer or reference.

Find some of the military contractors - US or UK - and you will find what you are looking for.
I was in KSA for many years, but not in Riyadh so I cannot be more specific. I did my time in Jeddah and Eastern Province.
