I'm not from Yorkshire, I did my national Service at RAF Leconfield near Beverley, East Yorks. Really loved it there, often thought if I ever went back to the UK, that's where I'd go.

My ex FiL lived in Dore which I agree was beautiful
I also spent some time at RAF Finningley which I believe is now an airport.

This song is put out by a band frum Sheffield, Its been played on BBC Radio, some folks think it should be the UK's number one song for Christmas.
I think all all proceeds go to Charity, they have a few Cds too.
The band has lots of other good videos on You Tube too, "No Oven No Pie" would be my favorite.
The language is not for kids on some.
Go Ahead enjoy a good bit of Yorkshire this Christmas.

Tom, its all new to me, my friend from the UK sent it to me, its a good laugh if you are into that kind of thing, "No Oven No Pie" really amused me, "Oyl Int Ruwad" video with Lego was cute too.
The chip pan video was just featured on last weeks episode of "The Last Leg".
Its amazing the crowds they pull all around Sheffield at places like The Fat Cat.
