Where are all the Brits in the Chicagoland area.
Hiya, lived in Plainfield for the last 6 years and very rarely do we come across anyone from over the pond.
Would love to meet up with other Brits in the area, basically to get our sanity back.
Was at Wrigley Field a couple of weeks ago to watch Sir Paul, and still didn't get a wiff of an Englishman.
If there are any Brits close to Plainfield, feel free to come over and share a Tetley's with us.

Hi there,
We moved here from Wales in Jan 2005, (winter, not the best time to move), Husband works downtown, we live in Palos Park, (about 30 miles south of Chicago), have two teenager boys, 2 dogs, and a white picket fence!!!!
Would love to meet up with any Brits in our local area.

It looks like your family arrived here the same time as we did.
We moved from Lancashire in Nov 2005.
We have a 15 year old daughter and a 25 year old son, son decided to stay in England.
We have two cats, a dog and no fence.
If you guys would like to meet up for a chinwag, you can contact us on [email protected]

Hey Guys,
I just joined the site today, but I've lived in the US for 15 years come April of 2012.
Born and raised in Blackpool, now living in Naperville, so I'm right on your doorstep. Coming from Lancs, shouldn't you offer folks a Boddies instead of Tetleys....
Dave.

I'd offer them neither these days, both are no longer made where they used to be. I've got access to a few 'made in Leeds' Tetleys still.
I'm near the 90/94 merge.
