Looking for Brits in St Louis area MO/IL
Hi!
I recently moved from the Isle of Wight UK to a small town in Illinois. I am looking to meet up with other Brits in the St Louis area as I have not met a single other Brit over here yet. Really wanting to make some new friends, hang out, or just hear another British voice... :) |

Hi there Brits in St Louis! I have just moved here for 9 weeks for a volunteering position, currently in University City but moving into an apartment in Downtown St Louis on Monday. I would love to meet up with any Brits and hear about their time in the US etc. over a beer or whatever. Just drop me a message on here! Bertie

Hi, I’ve just moved to St. Louis from Beijing, after almost 15 years in China. Would be great to meet up with some fellow Brits to ease the transition and to hear your experiences. I’m from Scotland but will be watching the World Cup and need a place to watch!

Hey!
Maybe you could try 'The Scottish Arms' in St Louis - I've heard that it's a good place to have a pint and watch the football! I've never been but apparently it's popular among Brits in the city :) |

Hey Gemmo,
Thanks for the tip! I’ve been to The Scottish Arms once before, first time I visited STL, but will be sure to stop in again. Best, Iain |

Only just seen this - best place will be 'Amsterdam Tavern' in Central West End (just outside the city). It's full of footy fanatics, always packed, and show literally all the soccer games going! |
