We met while i was working in the States on a work visa. We continued to do the long distance relationship for a year and a half and we recently decided to get engaged.

Re: Brits in New Jersey???
Well I will be looking for a job. The company I work for in London is US based but I doubt they will move me. I won't tell them anyway until once I get approved and at that point it's leaving it a bit late to ask for a move. I assume for a couple of months I will be unemployed until I get my EAD so I will be looking a job as soon as I get it. pretty flexibile with location so can be NY NJ Or Philly.. Will be living in Jackson with fiancé until I get a job so we can move out..

Seems like Jackson is a bit far out... It might be considered borderline south jersey.. I will be travelling around a fair bit so will be around central/north Jersey pretty often

Just moved to Colts Neck - from Holmfirth just over Pennines east of Manchester and there's a guy from Bolton less than a mile away. Loving it.

Re: Brits in New Jersey???
I just decided life was too short not to look for an adventure and change of lifestyle, plus I've been working for a company based in NJ for over 10 years and so after many trips including family holidays I know the place quite well.
