Your YASREF, which is part of Aramco, should have helped you with this in Yanbu. I heard from my friend there a single room with one bedroom, toilet, kitchen and tiny hall (common room) in a bachelor flat is around SR 15K-20K pa, but a 2-bedroom family flat is SR 20K-28K pa, like most small-to-moderate cities. A compound might be roughly SR 35K-120K pa depending on its quality. You can usually ask for a 6-month contract. Anyway, contact your company's HR and Residential Service for this.
