They have a revolving door policy. I know quite a few very talented people that joined them only to find that the place is run very badly and people were either chopped or left out of sheer frustration.

Lee Tabler has just been "khallased". TDIC is in its usual state of chaos, but now doesnt have anyone at the wheel.

There is an interim fall-guy, but he should last about 6 months. The company is still spending money, but a lot of the half sensible people have been turfed over the last 12 months.

There are a few people left that know how to read a P6 programme, but there are a lot of muppets filling desks and driving Audis...
