Saudi work visa

We are currently in the Far East but looking to return to Europe soon. However my husband has been tempted to apply for a job in Saudi. He has 25 years experience and works in a senior management role but he has no degree. Is it still impossible to get a work visa in the region without a degree? tia and good weekend

I left KSA 10 years ago, and am a bit out of touch. Last I heard, no degree = no work permit.

Anything is possible in KSA, if the position is that of a senior manager and the company really wants him, it can be arranged.
