Default PIF offer - timeframe?

Hi everyone

For those of you who received an offer from one of the PIF subsidiaries, how long did it take for you to receive the offer from the date of your interview? Did you need to follow up after your interview for updates or were they pretty quick to get it to you?

Thanks in advance.

LHR

It can take months of interview in my experience (merely one data point), things can go slow. Then you have the salary negotiations.

Hi - are you working for one of the PIF companies? how long from interview to offer did it take?

I interviewed, 3 days later I sent my certificates that was 5 weeks ago and I've not heard back. I followed up with recruiter and hiring manager and no reply, maybe its a sign...

I don’t imagine there is a fixed timeframe. I had times where there was a month between contacts with no guidance.

From first interview to offer, it took me 3 months, then a week or so of back and forth negotiating starting date and a bit of a bump in the base salary.

Guys, I have been a consultant (contractor) at PIF for kust over 2 months and they are already offering me to be a full time employee.

Salary wise how much of a bump should I expect?

Which offer? To become a contractor or to become full time?

My employer (consulting company) is still in talks with PIF. They are negotiating the costs of converting me to FTE. Been almost since days since PIF approached me about being FTE.
