Middle East Work Agencies
 

Hi,

Just wanted to know if there are Agencies in the Middle East who might actually have job vacancies and if so which companies/agencies should we be contacting? My husband who is a HSE Manager (extremely qualified and vastly experienced)is working in Africa (he currently works all over Africa for his company) and would like to work in the Middle East, I have applied for numerous positions for him through agencies but we either do not receive a reply or its a telephone conversation asking my husband if he would like to be "put on the agencies books". Any help would be most appreciated.

Is he a contract guy?
WHat kind of work - Oil and Gas? Construction?
Who has he spoken to?
Is his CV/profile on Gulf Talent, Just Engineers, Careerstructure, Naukri Gulf, Monster Gulf?
Does he know anyone in the Middle East from previous companies / colleagues who can help?
Has he applied directly to companies?

Hi

My OH has done both contract work and has worked in Oil & Gas, Construction, Drilling and I have put his CV on the sites you mentioned, most of his colleagues still either work in Africa, Australasia, America and East Asia so not a great help but he is keeping his "ears to the ground". Thanks for your advice. ps I have already the above agencies in the New Year and also direct to companies.

He is lol but I am a qualified P.A (and like to keep busy) also" two hands are better than one" plus I am a member of this fantastic / helpful forum and my DOH is not so I thought I would see what help and advice I could seek on here.
