Looking for legal jobs in Abu Dhabi/ UAE
Hi everyone,
I just joined the group. I graduated from the London School of Economics in Law in 2008 and since then I have been working in Central Government deparments, like Department for Business and Serious Fraud Office.
I am very keen to start my legal career in the middle east. Can anyone suggest which recruitment agencies/ law firms to write to? I have been told that Abu Dhabi is the best place as far as law firms are concerned. How true is that? And what are my chances without an LPC?
Many thanks
F

Re: Looking for legal jobs in Abu Dhabi/ UAE
One of my recruiters specialises purely in the legal markets, the sort of requests we are getting at the moment are for fairly experience people with experience of litigation in the region and mainly Arabic speakers.
There seems to be very little in the way of in-house work.
I know that we had a meeting yesterday with a company that wanted junior/apprentice level people but theses sort of roles seem to be few and far between.
