Hi Everyone.
Hope you are all well.
So we've spent 6 months at Al Nakhla, and whilst we love it, there are rumours prices are going up as the compound has secured a deal with the military who have a much higher budget.
Are there other compounds of similar quality or at least facilitieis in Riyadh for around 150k (3+bed)? We saw Andorra and it's really nice, but its new and barely any one there yet and it's quite the way out. That'll be our fall back option but thought i'd check if anyone know of any hidden gems out there.
If not compound, does anyone know of any 3 bed villas furnished to a high standard (pool preferred not essential) in a good location?
