In Dubai they just didn't have it end of story but here they're swimming in it which makes it a bitter pill to swallow even more .

We are in the courts for 250$m after one project with a complete set of villains and the "temporary" arbitration office set up has been running 8 years!!!
By the time it is settled the costs will be higher than the claim.
