Default Job Offer - Dubai

Hi All

Happy New Year!

I have a job offer for Dubai and want to gauge opinion if it will work . . .

We will be a single income family with one child age 5. We are British, I have 15 years in my industry in a regional role and will be taking on a similar but international role.

Base salary: 22,000/month net (aligned to current basic, but potential 35% bonus in current role, no bonus in new role)
Company provides furnished 3 bed accommodation or allowance 13.5k/month plus 45k one off if unfurnished or non company property
Company pays for children's tuition: 46k/year per child primary (76k secondary) up to 3 children
Company pays transportation allowance: 1,380/month
Company pays for flights for family 1x/yr
Company pays for health care
42 working days vacation per year plus national days

I think it seems reasonable although lower than asked for, but as I say, looking to gauge opinion.

Many thanks for all thoughts.

What is your industry? Without knowing that, it is impossible to say whether the base is good. For many sectors that would be quite low, but for others it is OK.
Accommodation is reasonable, but not luxurious. Where would the company's furnished accom be?
Tuition is good - in particular, secondary allowance is huge (though you have a long wait till you'll be able to claim that one...)
42 working days vacation is better than I have ever come across. I wish I had that...

Salary is low
Loss of bonus very sad
Furnished accommodation depends where it is and whether you like Indian neighbours
Schooling is great
Flights standard
Vacation is fantastic
Car allowance not great for rental
