I've got positive feedback from ADIA after Korn Ferry assessment but they asked for an additional presentation based on the dataset they provide, before they fly me over to Abu Dhabi.
Has anyone been through this step? Any advice is welcome.

About a month since the assessment. I would suggest keep doing your current job well while waiting and don't let it distract you.

I am guessing because of COVID procedures may be changing and some steps are being conducted remotely

In my case there is also the need for a presentation, but about an actual job situation

No, it was not.

The request came after the completion of KF assessments.

Mine was scheduled but a few days later was put on hold.

The reason they gave was that HR had suspended all ongoing processes.

I have been waiting for them to reschedule for the past weeks. No news yet.
