Hi,

I am based in Abu dhabi and have been asked for the interview,face to face.

May be will have further tests after that.

Any inputs/ideas regarding this will be much appreciated.

I got a call on March from a recruiter ,and they picked my CV to interview.
I got interviewed 4 days later by 4 managers.

Then I received a mail from the recruiter asking me to come in for an asssetment exam, then i wrote back I am fine to dothe exam a week and a half later,but I informed them I will come a day earlier, thenthe HR of ADIA asked me to come in the day before and do face to face interview with the managers.

So they are pretty quick ,but yes I did wait for a year to get this interview , with ADIA , almost a year.

So now what should I expect ??

The role was within the service Transitions area.

Hi all,

I have researching online about Abu Dhabi and ADIA. I have a few questions as i have been contacted about a role in ADIA which sounds really interesting.

What would the average spend per month be for 2 people to live comfortable? I am married and we go out once or twice a week.

Is it difficult for a girl to be in a senior role in what sounds like a male dominated country?

Hi,

Yet another ADIA candidate who has to do tests. How tough are the verbal reasoning tests compared to, say, SHL or Kenexa ones? And how is the maths test structured? The more info/detail possible, the better, thanks. I assume verbal testing is in the form of false/correct, can't answer. And how many possible answers are there for each of the diagrams?

Hi,

I test I found to be abit simpler compared to the once you have mentioned.
The Maths questions tended to focus on data analysis, interpreting set of answers based on data in tables, graphs and numbers. Some basic mental arithmetic.

The verbal reason was similar to the courses mentioned about. Same sort of set-up. You are correct about the structure of verbal reasoning.

There is also a section on non-verbal matrix, I would suggest get plenty of practice on this. There is material available online and some valuable youtube vids.

Are verbal reasoning texts hard to interpret (I know some are technical passages, for example from science journals, so can be hard to focus on)?You know, some texts just cause you a headache when you look at them. And the numerical test, is it mainly division, multiplication? And I assume there is always someone present like there would be when you take any other exam. Thanks

Someone help me. I completed the assessment test ,and i did the face to face interview,now they are waiting for the results in order to give me an offer, How long does it take to get the results from the time you do the exam , whats the average?

My interview got over more than one month before. I called the consulting firm and they have no idea.
