I have been offered SAR25k annually per child, from 3 - 22 year. This is for a position in KSA. Is this normal? This barely covers the cost of British Intl School.

I was expecting child education to be fully covered.

Do they covered nursery below year 3? Can anyone comment and advise on the childcare cost in KSA?

Maybe I'm missing something, but if it covers the fees then isn't that enough? What other costs are there that you were expecting them to cover?

25k covers maybe a third of British International School fees.

Ah, I see. 'Barely covers' means just enough to cover, that's not even close then. Makes sense now.

negotiate it if you don’t like it. Does seem lower than average but it could be the new average.
