Heres the drift!

Been In KSA 4 months
Probation period over

Im delivering new high end opportunities to the pot

Problems

All salaries have been late (2 weeks / 3 weeks)...not just mine,,,blaming neg cashflow
Expenses not being paid
Told "miracles happen" for October salary
Agent not been paid
I negotiated accom and vehicle supplied by company
Still no car (they have a beat up banger for me) but its not in Riyadh
Im paying taxis out of own pocket
Ive had 3 opportunities to move into compounds (Arabian Homes, Bonita). They cant / wont pay 12 month up front
Ive had to move out of HOSTEL they put me in to a Business Hotel at my own expense...Polite word would be GRUBBY

This happens a lot in the ME and it sounds like your situation with this Company won't get any better so I would start looking elsewhere.

I would hand in my notice and leave, before you lose any more money. Lots of these local companies are at this game, draining their finances without paying any employees.
If you don't have a multiple exit visa you are going to have to get a final exit visa so don't burn any bridges.

Good luck

A wise man once told me "The harder you work the luckier you get" - time to get lucky mate and work hard on your leaving strategy.

What do you do profession wise?

Have they sorted you out with Iqama and what not? Can definitely hear the alarm bells ringing, loud and clear. Start making your exit plans. If you're under their sponsorship, you will need them to arrange either a Final Exit visa, or exit / re-entry visa. Sounds like their administration isn't a strong point.

Thanks All

Ref empathy or answer......

I suppose the reason for the post was to vent my frustration to like minded people.....having been stuck in a hotel for 4 months with NO social contact.

The iqama was ready in 5 days (honest) pity it was wrong name (had BILL as additional name), wrong sponsor and possibly the most important error...had me down as Muslim!

All your feedback and advice has been appreciated.....Now where did I put my CV?????????

If there was a recruitment agent involved, wrapped around a dead hedgehog and introduced to the agent's large intestine.
