Default changing Surname

Hi I am UK national currently working in Saudia Arabia with Iqama , I am in holiday in UK and I am thinking about changing My surname . can anyone give some advise, what would happen to MY iqama . Do I have to consult Saudi Arabian Consular before I change my surname

I have no idea, but suspect there will be some sort of hassle along the way - why not just wait until after your stint in Saudi?

Is it due to marriage or are you one of our colonial brethren who just fancies seeing their names in the Khaleej Times?

Forget your Surname, just change your first name to 'Prince!' - It seems to work wonders there! - Have to go now, just have to feed 'Prince the Dog!'
