I've just turned down the preliminary offer for a CR Operator. I sent quite a comprehensive email to all parties detailing what I would be prepared to accept!

Everyones circumstances are different.
An offer which may seem poor to one person maybe acceptable to an other.
I think these offers are heavily based on experience so if you've got 25 years in then may get you a better deal.

At least you got an offer mate, I was told a week ago that they were "very close" to an offer.....still waiting! I won't hold my breath.

It seems they're working through the work groups now. I've had an email from Al Hosn saying my offer is ready, but I need to send company headed paper proving my job roles etc or they will just proceed with the basic offer.
