YES! interview date for Ciudad Juarez!
Finally...It will take place in 2 weeks so we are preparing to book a hotel, reviewing all the paperwork and all that.
We just noticed that although we had asked the IRS for Tax transcripts and w2´s we only got the ttranscriptsis this important or normal? is it maybe because the sponsor (my father in law) has been retired for 5 years and has no payslips?
Another doubt we have,we understand that if the intw. goes well the foreign spouse will get a stamp in his passport, would he be able to leave to the US the same day with it?
We will update our timeline and give a full review on how did the interview go.
Btw we also wanted to thank all of you who have helped us with all our questions during these 11 months.
Thank you!!

Congratulations! I don't know for sure, but I would imagine the alien shouldn't travel until they have the actual visa in their passport, not just a stamp of some sort.
Best Wishes,

Question for ya? How long ago did you guys file the I-130 and how long
after you got approved did you ahve to wait before your interviews? and
what other fees did you face??
See My husband and I were married last May and submitted all our I-130
paperwork in August and our also said the time frame would be 990-999
days and we just got approved about a week ago, now we had to submit the
I-824 form which is for the approved petition to move to the NVC, which
that process according to our lawyer should take about a year by the
time we have our interviews We also have to eventually go to ciudad
juarez for the interviews., which really bites then after that, if
denied we'll have to waiver that in which he has to be in his home
country for about 3-4 months (that's just an estimate which can be
longer), I didn't think this would take this long. . .it just depends on
the judge and the law officers I guess. Wish you the best though
