Yes for I-485 without approved I-130
Hello everyone,
It is nice to be back on this NG, once again!!! I have been reading posts from old buddies like Leslie and lpdiver. Hope everyone has been doing well.
FOR EVERYONE'S INFORMATION:
My wife went to the San Antonio district office. They will accept I-485 (AOS) without an approved I-130. She is here on a K-3 visa. They said, they will transfer our I-130 app. from TSC to SA and she will get her greencard in 6 months.
