Hi all
I am a happy chap, Melissa and I have received our 2nd NOA!!!!
We used the NSC and were quoted 70-100 days, though the 2nd NOA was approved
within 47 days.
Here's our timeline
Applied I-129F, 28th January 2002 Received our 1st NOA 31st January 2002 Received our
2nd NOA 19th March 2002
No of days processing was 47 days!!!!
I thought we were in for a long wait!!!
I got worried as I forgot to include my statement of intent before Melissa mailed in
the I-129F, and rather waiting for another week by the time it got there by the mail,
I wrote the letter in a black felt tip pen, scanned it, made it into a 'pdf' file
(acrobat) and emailed it to Melissa to print out. It looked as good as the original!
It would seem that my neat trick paid off as I had heard the the INS don't accept
faxed copied of the letter etc.
Just got to wait for my papers coming through from London now.
Best wishes to all who are going through this (a special wish to Angie and
Mickey
)
Regards
David & Melissa
