Will this be a problem

Will it be a problem if someone enters the country on a fiancee visa, leaves, without getting married. Then reapplies for a fiancee visa at a later date.

The fact that someone did not marry on the first entry, in and of itself, "should" not be a problem. Been there and done that in a few different cases now. But there might be other issues that could come into play.

Not necessarily. But maybe. And definitely if the person does something along the way that is grounds for inadmissability.
