I didn't have to apply as it was more than 2 years after the marriage. My green card category is IR6

How about Selective Service? Were you of eligible age and status to apply for that?

I was on a nonimigrant visa (F1) until I was 27, I don't think I need to register for selective service. Right? Please look at my timeline.

I wasn't sure of the age cutoff for registration, that's why I asked. As long as YOU know you're OK, that's fine. I was just thinking out loud, as a reminder for you to check.

Thanks. But can anyone clarify the age cut-off for Selective service? I thought the cut-off was 26.
