Wife Name Change
We have already been married and are getting read to fill out the AOS
applications and already have her SS card and have got a drivers permit with
her new name listed on it, should we use her new married name on the
application or use her former name that is on her passport?

I would use her new married name, I believe it asks on the forms for any former name used. You want her Green Card to be finally issued in her new name, so thats the name to apply with
