Why Not Parallel Processing of LC Applications
LC processing for employment-based GC has been stuck at DOL since April 2001. Bloody
unfair DOL should start at least a parallel processing of LC applications lodged by
latino refugees (amnesty) and IT people. It seems DOL DOES prefer refugees over IT
professionals!!! A crazy policy!!!
