Default Who's going through California?

Just wondering how many of us have recently submitted the I129F (K1) to the California Service Center.

Anyone have any experiences to share?

*clicks mouse in lieu of raising hand* I'm going through CSC. Except for an RFE for failing to sign a form prior to receiving my first NOA, it's been a very quiet wait....

I just finished going through the CSC for an i-129f. It seems like they're picking up speed recently. I'm at the NVC now. You can see my timeline with my signature. Good luck to all

We've just sent in the I 129f last week so like you, just waiting to see what happens time wise. I am expecting around 6 months to pass before sending onto London Embassy. Is that about right?

Looking at brigeet's timeline, I'd say you're right! Has CSC taken over as being the slowest or has it always been?

Give or take, yeah. California Service Center has sped up in the past month. But you never know when it's going to slow down again or what. Plus you could get an RFE. You just don't know. When I was about to apply, all of the lawyers I called said it was a 6 month process (total), and as of right now we have a wedding date set but I'm still really nervous about us getting to have our wedding on the day we have planned (and paid) for. We are praying a lot But anyway, if you havent' seen this website yet, it saved my sanity during the CSC waiting period. These people look up receipt numbers and have a java script to see which dates and numbers are getting approved/RFE'd/Withdrawn/Transferred. This week CSC is working up to Oct 15th apparently. http://pub103.ezboard.com/fk1advocacygroupfrm9
They have a yahoo group with their excel chart with all the info they have collected so far, but you'd have to register and join the group. And the chart is a few weeks out of date b/c the updater is visiting her fiance at the moment.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/K1_Advocacy_Group/files/
Right now the people who check it are "graduating" from the CSC so if anyone is interested, head over and get the java scripts and you can be checking too.

I was told 6 months too; but, I keep saying around Sept or October I can start thinking about my finace getting his visa. So either it'll be Dec or jan 05 when we actually get married.

We have a NOA1 of Oct 21, 2003. I'm hoping our number comes up soon - some
people have been approved as far ahead as October 15!

I am currently going through the California office for my i129f ...
trust me, it is taking every bit (and then some) of the 6 months ....
then you have to wait for additional processing in New Hampshire and
then overseas ... hope all goes well ....
