Where would I go for I-130 interview?
Hey does anyone know, if my I-130 is approved before my K-3 (which it very
likely will be), can I still do my INS interview in Vancouver or would I have to
go to Montreal?
MSC is slow as hell right now and it looks like my 130 just might be done before
my K-3. I know Vancouver does process K-3's but didn't know if they did the
130's as well.

I-130s are only done at the consulate in Montreal.

Wow. So that would mean if someone's I-30 was approved first, and they were over in
B.C., the consulate would make them FLY to Montreal? Wowzers...guess that's the way
the cookie crumbles :/

Yeah those damn cookies. Montreal would be the interview spot for an I-130. It is the only US Consulate in Canada that does immigration visas. The K visas are non-immigration visas.
