C'S Wife

On the DS-3032 my husband (German citizen) named me (USC) as his
agent. I got packet 3 in the mail here, scanned it in and e-mailed it
to him. Using what I sent him he now has his interview date. Someone
at the consulate told him that the packet 4 (interview letter) was
sent out on September 17th. Well, after a week had gone by with no
sign of the packet, he called the consulate again and they verified
his address and then sent out another packet 4 to him. On September
27th packet 4 arrived at my home address and today (October 1st) I
received the "replacement" packet 4. This doesn't make much sense to
me but I imagine it was because of the DS-3032. My question is, where
will his passport be sent? Will the consulate send it to him or to
me, as his agent? I would really prefer it if the passport was sent
to my husband.... I don't want the responsibility of mailing it to
him.... I would be sick if it got lost!! Any experiences?
