I’m not sure how accurate this is, but the London consular processing time for a I-130 is showing as 2.5 months:

Direct filing of the I-130 to London is no longer an option. I am not familiar anymore with other filing options (online or by mail to the USA)... but the processing will happen in the USA.

Maybe I wasn't clear earlier, but I am the US citizen. My wife is a UK citizen.
And yeah, when we went through the process of me moving from the US to the UK, we avoided lawyers and did it all ourselves with a lot of help from online forums. It is daunting nevertheless.

I'm just going through the I-130 online, and I have a question about the evidence. The 7th thing it asks for is proof of legal name changes. My wife has previous marriages - would we just need to upload the divorce decrees again as we did earlier in the evidence portion?

It appears that OP’s marriage is now approximately five years old. Five is MORE than two. You are in error to imply it is LESS than two.

Realistically how much evidence are they going to want to prove a bonafide marriage, anyway? I watched a video on YouTube earlier and the couple sent what I viewed as WAY too much stuff. I don't think they lived together, though, so maybe that's why. But they included like 50 photos, copies of cards/letters, wedding invitations, etc. I was thinking maybe a handful of photos covering the past 5 years, a copy of our lease, a copy of our joint bank statement, and maybe a copy of a joint utility (water bill? electric bill?). Any suggestions?
