My guess is you’re right, it’s not an option. I was thinking “International Operations Offices” included consulates/embassies. I’d never heard of “international field offices” prior to finding that link!

Direct filing of the I-130 to London is no longer an option. I am not familiar anymore with other filing options (online or by mail to the USA)... but the processing will happen in the USA.

You were precise. I had changed the pronouns on my post after I posted but you quoted it before the changes ...

Lol, beat ya to it 🙂

I'm just going through the I-130 online, and I have a question about the evidence. The 7th thing it asks for is proof of legal name changes. My wife has previous marriages - would we just need to upload the divorce decrees again as we did earlier in the evidence portion?

It appears that OP’s marriage is now approximately five years old. Five is MORE than two. You are in error to imply it is LESS than two.

Correct, it'll be 5 years next month 🙂

Realistically how much evidence are they going to want to prove a bonafide marriage, anyway? I watched a video on YouTube earlier and the couple sent what I viewed as WAY too much stuff. I don't think they lived together, though, so maybe that's why. But they included like 50 photos, copies of cards/letters, wedding invitations, etc. I was thinking maybe a handful of photos covering the past 5 years, a copy of our lease, a copy of our joint bank statement, and maybe a copy of a joint utility (water bill? electric bill?). Any suggestions?

My error earlier, your spouse’s GC will not be a conditional one. One less thing to deal with!
