When do we apply for adjustment of status?
Ken arrived May 25th, when can we start to apply for adjustment of
status? His K-3 is valid for 2 years.

Thanks---we were told that it was advisable to start the process within
90 days of Ken's arrival.

waiting until the 130 is approved and going for an Immigrant visa
through London.

It depends on your local office's timeframe-Atlanta is 3 years behind on that so we have opted to go ahead and use the now approved 130 to get an immigrant visa from London.
It IS advisable to go ahead and get the EAD applied for ASAP since that is currently at 1 Feb 04..............
