At what stage do you know your in love?
Is it when you meet someone for the first time. The first night out you share? The first time you meet the day after? The first time you see each others family and you feel so isolated? The first time a problem arises, you wish it is yours and not there s ? The first time you have confrontation with someone else or each other? The first time you have uncertainty in your futures? The time you don’t know what tomorrow will bring except each other? The day you say “I Do “ as I will on TUESDAY 15 MARCH 2005.
I knew from the first day we shared together, and L will agree.
Well here s to me and mrs me

For me, I think it was the very first moment I saw Sadegh in the rug shop in Turkey, I just knew he'd be someone extremely special and life-altering to me....not daring to hope it would be marriage...but unable to forget him after 4 years of no communication. The very first evening we went out on a real date, 4 years after that initial meeting, I told him I loved him and he told me the same in return. Sadegh says he knew he loved me and felt I was very special, but didn't feel really "in love" until he saw that I waited 2 years for him to sort out some personal issues in Iran, with minimal communication between us, and my feelings for him never faded. That's when we both knew we were really in love and wanted to be together forever, and I went to Turkey to get engaged and start his K1 paperwork. And now, here we are, in the USA together, still in our honeymoon phase, and going to be celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary in April.

All those other things you mentioned about going through the ups and downs, confrontations between yourselves and others, meeting the family, solving problems together, laughing, crying, learning each other's moods, a few language barriers....those all serve to strengthen that love and let it grow.
Best Wishes to everyone out there in love
