does anybody knows what document are asked in packet 3 after i-130 is
approved .i just paid my visa fees and waiting for packet 3 to arrive
,my i-864 is ready ,my wife's DS-230 PART 1 is already prefilled and
signed by her .
is there any thing else i have to get ready ???

Hi Zak,

My husband has just paid $335 fee, so we are waiting for the package 3
as well. And we also have I-864 and DS-230 part I ready... If we get
package 3 before you, I'll let you know what's in it. Keep us informed
about your process as well!

The packet is different for diffrent countries.but you have to use the ds-230 part 1,you get from the NVC which is probably bar coded.even when sending the I-864 back ,you have to include the barcode sheet which comes with it.

i talk to the NVC staff several time and i got different answers all
the time ,it seems like who knows ????

for some represantant ,i only need DS230 PART 1 and I-864
FOR OTHERS ,I HAVE TO SEND ALONG i-864 COPIES OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
,MARIAGE CERTIFICATE AND POLICE CLEARANCE .!!!!!
FROM ANOTHER REPRESENTANT I HAVE TO SEND I-864 AND THE ORIGINAL OF
BIRTH CERT ,MARIAGE CERT AND POLICE CLEARANCE !!!!!!
WHO TO BELIEVE ???????
I PAID MY FEES ON NOV 23 ,I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR ST
LOUIS TO CASH THE CHECK ,AND TO REPORT IT TO NVC ,THEY SAID 4 TO 6

If you are from canada, albania,turkey,united arab emirates or on the continent of Africa you have to send all the documents like ds 230 part 1 and 2, marriage, birth +++++ what ever required based on the case. for all other countries you have to send only ds 230 part1 and the I-864 only and the rest of documents should be submitted to the consualte at the time of interview.

DELL thank you for the valuable information ,you are more convincing
than those from NVC ,yes i am from north africa ,so i fit in the first
description that i will have to send all the original document +their
english translation when i will get the packet 3 ,i still waiting for
it ,NVC DIDN'T GET ANY CONFIRMATION FROM ST LOUIS YET ??!!!!!ITS BEEN
