RE: WHAT TO USE AS MAILING ADDRESS..
Do people use PO BOXes? If yes, would this be percieved by INS w/ a doubt why the person had not included home address??
If using a lawyer, does he used his address as his mailing address?? Or is that an option if you use a lawyer???
Any thoughts would be appriciated.

As far as I know, INS (BCIS) will not deliver to post boxes.

You need a residential or care-of address. You can use your lawyer's address if you request them, I would think as your address for contact, but, it is not a good idea as Lawyers are only concerned with filling the paper-work as my experience goes. After that, it is your responsibility as to when you get the documents. In my experience, it depends on how good you feel your lawyer is and what your experience with him is.
